To start off with, we have you used Smith Plumbing for servicing our heater and air conditioning over the years, most recently, installing a tankless water heater. The last week of August 2023, the air conditioning went out. It was after 5pm, and I made that call, to my surprise, John answered the phone. He was able to get us scheduled quickly. John kept us posted through the whole process of scheduling, arrival times, problems, and customer satisfaction. The decision was made to get a new furnace and air conditioning unit due to the age of the house. The technicians who serviced and installed the units were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring towards our home (and dogs). They kept us informed of what they were doing, gave us options, and at the end, took the time to answer our questions and of course showed us operations. We also had the vents cleaned and a process to have leaks minimized in the ducts. We are extremely satisfied with there work and will not use any one else to service our house.
